Receiving Assistance & Reporting

The Aguda provides services to the gay community - legal aid, a phone hotline, a reporting and assistance center for LGBT-phobic cases, assistance to LGBT asylum seekers, legal representation and counseling for the trans community.
 
The Aguda receives many inquiries and is run by volunteers. Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your inquiry.
 

Every problem has an address - report any problem or case to us by providing your details below:

You can contact The Aguda's hotline at any time, "There’s Someone To Talk To", offering a listening ear, information and support to all members of the community:

The hotline operates during business hours from Sunday to Thursday and on Saturday nights between 19:30 to 22:30.
