Welcome to our Podcast
Nice to meet you, This is us!
The LGBTQ Aliyah Project (immigration to Israel) at the Association for LGBTQ Equality in Israel - The Aguda, strives to break barriers that may arise for LGBTQ immigrants, before and after settling in Israel.
The project was created in partnership with the Department for Social Activism and Tikkun Olam at The World Zionist Organisation, and strives to assist with information, tools, support services and consultation! We also seek to assist on legal matters, connections to the local LGBTQ community, and personal guidance. Our volunteer based team is happy to welcome and assist you.
One more thing...
We seek to offer information/support with what is available today for LGBTQ Immigrants. We seek to lend a hand in settling in, and in integrating smoothly into our LGBTQ and Israeli community, regardless of issues and challenges that may arise.

Our Partners -The World Zionist Organisation
The Social Activism and Tikkun Olam Department work towards strengthening and instilling the Zionist and Jewish morality, through implementation of the values of Tikkun Olam – world improvement and social justice, in the spirit of Herzl’s exemplary society.
The department believes that social action for all the citizens of Israel, current and future, as well as for each human being form a central pillar of Zionism. At its core, the Zionist movement seeks to find a remedy to the suffering of the Jews. It is only natural that the role of Zionism today is to strive to reduce the suffering of everyone in Israel and to act in the spirit of the Zionist leaders who sought peace, justice and humanism.
